These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and BOS138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bos138.asia.

BOS138 operates an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the bos138 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. BOS138 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to have been registered by a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual, natural person. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bos138 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active account with bos138. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by bos138 for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

When registering an account with bos138, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. BOS138 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BOS138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with bos138. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. This policy applies across accounts created using the same identity documents, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

BOS138 is required to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawals. You will be requested to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

By accessing the bos138 platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed in bets or wagers on the platform.

BOS138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, product, or service available on the platform at any time, with or without notice. Where such changes materially affect the Terms, we will provide reasonable prior notice.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BOS138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). BOS138 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the current minimums are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. BOS138 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted following satisfactory KYC verification and at bos138's discretion. Standard withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours. BOS138 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.

6.4 Funds Held in Trust

Real money funds deposited by players are held separately from bos138's operational funds. BOS138 maintains player fund segregation as a standard practice, ensuring that your deposited real money balance remains protected in ordinary circumstances.

BOS138 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, bonus-specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated for each individual promotion (e.g., 35x for the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, 10x for the 100% Standard Welcome Bonus). Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered to eligible players at bos138's discretion. A player may not be eligible for a welcome bonus if they have previously held an account with bos138, if they are accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or if their account has not completed the minimum deposit requirement. BOS138 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

BOS138 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any other behaviour designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

All bets placed on the bos138 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. In the case of sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered markets — bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

BOS138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed the applicable stake limits or that are placed on markets that have been suspended. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the platform.

8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, malfunctioning games, or incorrect settlement — BOS138 reserves the right to void and reverse the relevant transaction. BOS138 is not liable for errors caused by technical faults or data feed failures from third-party providers.

8.3 Responsible Wagering Limits

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos138 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting), regardless of the device or identity used.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the bos138 support team or other users.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform to which you are not authorised, or attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using a third party's payment method or identity documents to register or transact.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent for any other individual.

All content on the bos138 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of BOS138 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bos138 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bos138 platform without the prior written consent of BOS138.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOS138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bos138 platform.

BOS138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 500, whichever is lower.

BOS138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Expiry of an account due to prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months).
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of Terms, any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding charges or liabilities.

BOS138 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominently displayed notice on the platform and, where we hold your email address, by email notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the bos138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bos138 is registered and licensed to operate.

Any dispute between you and bos138 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
